Independent advisory for founders and business leaders navigating growth capital, debt structuring, and strategic transactions.
We begin every engagement by understanding your business — not your capital need.Four Bridges · Advisory before transaction.
Founded by Hemant Hemnani — an Executive Director at Axis Capital with decades of investment banking experience rooted at Enam Securities — Four Bridges was built to serve a specific client: the growth-stage business that deserves institutional-quality advice, without the institutional indifference.
Decades of investment banking across capital markets, IPOs, and structured finance. Enam Securities heritage; Axis Capital seniority.
You work with Hemant directly — not an analyst team. The person who understands your business manages your transaction.
Every engagement follows a defined sequence — discovery, structuring, execution, closure. No assumptions. No shortcuts.
Most engagements draw on more than one. Select a service to understand scope and fit.
Equity, quasi-equity, and hybrid instruments. We structure the raise — instrument, terms, counterparty.
Audit, redesign, and source your debt structure. Reduce cost, align tenor, improve coverage.
Stake sale, acquisition, strategic partnership. We manage the transaction end to end.
Independent analysis on a deal before you commit. Clarity, not endorsement.
Every engagement follows a fixed sequence. Clients know what to expect — and what is expected of them — before we begin.
We study your financials, deal structure, and objectives before anything else. No assumptions — just an honest view of your situation.
We design the capital solution and build the transaction thesis that makes your business legible to the right capital providers.
We manage the transaction from outreach through close. You are informed — not overwhelmed.
Typical engagement: 10–24 weeks from discovery to close.
Our Promise
We take on engagements where we believe we can create meaningful value — and decline those where we cannot. That discipline is how we protect our clients — and our reputation.
About the Firm
Four Bridges was founded on the belief that mid-market businesses deserve the same quality of capital advisory that large institutions reserve for large clients.
Hemant Hemnani
Founder & Executive Director
The Founder
A career defined by India's most consequential capital market transactions.
Hemant Hemnani has spent his career at the intersection of capital and business — advising companies on how to raise it, structure it, and deploy it effectively.
His institutional grounding came from Enam Securities, where he worked as an investment banker through some of India's most significant capital market activity. Enam was not merely a firm — it was a standard. Known for its independence, analytical rigour, and client-first orientation, it shaped a generation of Indian investment banking. When Enam was acquired by Axis Capital, Hemant served as Executive Director, carrying those principles through the transition.
He eventually made the decision to build something of his own — a platform with a singular purpose: to bring institutional-grade advisory to businesses that large banks structurally cannot serve well. The clients Four Bridges works with are too sophisticated for generalist advice and too entrepreneurial for institutional bureaucracy.
Our Approach
We do not begin with a product and look for a fit. We begin with your business — its structure, its capital needs, its growth trajectory — and work backward to the right solution.
This means we study your financials before we advise. We understand your shareholder structure before we discuss an exit. We map your debt obligations before we recommend restructuring.
It also means we are selective. We take on engagements where we believe we can create meaningful value — and we decline those where we cannot.
How We're Different
Not affiliated with any bank, lender, or investor. Our advice is not shaped by product targets or distribution mandates.
You work with Hemant directly. The person who understands your business is the person managing your transaction.
Every engagement follows a defined process. Clients know what to expect and what is expected of them.
Who We Serve
Our clients are promoters, founders, and senior principals at growth-stage or established small-to-mid-sized enterprises. They are navigating a material decision: raising capital, reorganizing debt, or evaluating a transaction that will define the next phase of the business.
What distinguishes them is not their size, but their seriousness. They bring organized financials, aligned stakeholders, and a clear objective. They engage Four Bridges when they need more than a banker — when they need a partner who will tell them what the transaction actually looks like.

How We Work
Every engagement follows a defined sequence. This is not bureaucracy — it is how we ensure we understand your business before we advise on your capital.
Engagement Phases
We study your business before anything else. Financials, deal structure, shareholder composition, sector context, and your specific objective. We form an independent view on fundability and fit before recommending a path forward.
Capital advisory done well is not fast. This phase is where we earn the right to advise — and where clients decide whether they trust us to do so.
We design the capital solution. Instrument selection, target counterparty profile, deal terms, sequencing, and documentation requirements. We build the financial narrative that makes your business legible — and compelling — to the right capital providers.
We approach counterparties, manage inbound responses, facilitate diligence, and lead negotiation on terms. We protect your position and maintain confidentiality throughout. You are informed — not overwhelmed.
We manage the path from term sheet to close — coordinating legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams. Post-close, we ensure the transition is structured and obligations on both sides are clear.
